Accelerating Recovery with AlloWide Buffer
What if patients could recover 20% faster after surgery?

Faster Recovery

A New Standard for Bone Grafts
Each year, hundreds of thousands of patients receive bone allografts (donated bone tissue) in procedures ranging from orthopedic and spinal surgeries to dental and reconstructive operations. However, traditional graft preparation has not changed in decades. Donor bones are typically rehydrated with plain saline before transplantation—this basic step provides moisture but does nothing to reverse processing damage or boost healing. In fact, harsh processing chemicals often leave behind residues that inhibit new bone cell attachment and delay recovery. We believe patients deserve better than the status quo.

Bone Grafts

Introducing AlloWide Buffer
A single-step buffer solution applied to the graft just before surgery. This proprietary solution neutralizes leftover sterilization chemicals, restores the graft’s natural structure, and infuses it with an optimal environment for cells. Under the microscope, the difference is clear: grafts treated with AlloWide Buffer show a coated surface that cells can latch onto, whereas untreated grafts remain smooth. In laboratory tests, grafts hydrated with AlloWide Buffer demonstrated active cell attachment and early bone formation (red calcium deposits visible) that simply do not occur with saline alone. By transforming a passive graft into an active, regenerative scaffold, AlloWide Buffer helps the patient’s body accept and integrate the graft more readily.

Key Benefits

Faster Healing and Recovery
The enhanced cellular attachment and osteogenic (bone-forming) activity mean patients heal more quickly. In preclinical studies, our buffer-treated grafts supported earlier bone regeneration, which can potentially reduce recovery time by up to 20%. Faster healing gets patients – whether athletes, workers, or children – back to normal life sooner.
Better Graft Integration
AlloWide Buffer effectively turns the graft into a friendly scaffold that the body’s cells recognize and bond with. This promotes stronger integration of the graft with the patient’s own bone, improving surgical success rates and reducing the risk of graft failure.

Reduced Complications
By neutralizing chemical residues, our buffer minimizes inflammation and immune response at the graft site. This can lead to less post-operative pain and lower infection risk, without the need for additional drugs. Healthcare systems benefit too – quicker recoveries and fewer complications mean shorter hospital stays and cost savings without compromising care.
Easy to Use
AlloWide Buffer seamlessly fits into existing surgical workflows. It replaces the standard saline soak with no extra steps – surgeons simply hydrate the graft in our buffer solution for the prescribed time. There is no learning curve or special equipment needed, making adoption straightforward in any hospital or tissue bank.

Safe and Biocompatible
Our solution contains components that are individually approved for medical use by regulators like the FDA. We designed AlloWide Buffer with patient safety as the top priority – the formulation is non-toxic, tissue-friendly, and leaves no harmful residue on the graft. We are working closely with Health Canada and the FDA to ensure full compliance and approval of AlloWide Buffer.
